Upon registering with Websites
For Sale Classified, you agree to accept the terms and conditions
in this Member Agreement and our Terms of Use. You
agree to abide by all of our terms, policies, procedures, and
guidelines. We reserve the right to amend the above at any time, for
any reason. Your continued use of our services will signify your
acceptance any updated terms, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Websites For Sale Classified acts as an advertising platform, providing
the opportunity to advertise websites for sale. We do not own, nor
endorse any of the websites displayed. We do not verify any of the
posted ads, nor do we endorse the quality, condition, truthfulness, or
accuracy of any posted advertisement. We provide an open marketplace,
in which sellers are responsible for all the websitess they list for
sale. All buyers are urged to check on the authenticity of any website
listed for sale on Websites For Sale Classified. We will not intervene in general disagreements between
members.
Upon registering with Websites For Sale Classified, you warrant that:
You are a legal and permanent citizen of the United States or Canada.
Your supplied email address is valid and up-to-date.
Your supplied contact information is accurate and complete, including,
but not limited to, your full name, city, state, and postal code.
You have not already registered with Websites For Sale Classified. Only one account per individual and/or business entity may
be active at any point in time.
If you are registering as a business, you represent that you have the
authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Websites For Sale Classified reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and
refuse any and all current or future use of our service, at any time
and at our sole discretion. Websites For Sale Classified reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, some or all of our services at any time without notice.
Regarding content, you agree that the information you post will:
Be true, accurate, and up-to-date
Not be fraudulent or intentionally misleading
Not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including
without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection,
unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising)
Not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or
unlawfully harassing.
Not be obscene or refer to child pornography
Not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, or other computer programming
routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with,
surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal
information.
Not link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of websites
that (i) are prohibited under this Agreement or (ii) you do not have a
right to link to or include
Be in accordance with Classified Ad Guidelines.
Classified Ad Guidelines
You must list your websites for sale in the most appropriate category
and each website can only be listed in one category.
You are not permitted to link to, display, or advertise (through the
use of email addresses, URLs, images, or any other contact information)
websites for which you are not posting on this site.
You may not include any content in your classified ad that is obscene,
offensive, harmful to minors, an invasion of privacy, or otherwise
inappropriate.
You may not list any website that is not in your control or ownership,
you do not have the right to list, or that does not exist at the time
of the classified ad.
You are not permitted to send unsolicited email or
messages to Websites For Sale Classified or any of its members.
We do accept the listing of adult-oriented websites.
You may not use or manipulate this service for any fraudulent activity
or purpose.
You may not disrupt our operations or service. This includes the use of
any automated routines used to gather or generate information via our
web site, or any other repetitive action that may degrade the
performance of our systems.
Circumventing our fees is prohibited.
Feedback left for another member, with whom a transaction has been
completed may not be profane or threatening in nature, nor should it
pertain to any other matter other than the other member's participation
and actions in a transaction.
Your classified ad must be in English, however it may contain words in
another language, if necessary, in order to describe the services
offered.
Classified ads that promote hatred, violence, racism, or intolerance
are not permitted.
Websites For Sale Classified may, at its discretion, remove classified ads and optionally
refund any appropriate fees when the domain encourages violence or
refers to victims of violence, and lacks social or artistic value.
Websites For Sale Classified does not allow links that reference a competitor, offensive,
obscene, or inappropriate material, or attempt to circumvent fees and
usage of our site.
Classified ads that fail to follow these guidelines will be removed and
may result in permanent suspension of your account.
Spamming: Websites For Sale Classified does not tolerate spamming. This includes solicitation of
its members by any means via our website. In addition, URLs and email
addresses are not permitted in any mass marketing or unsolicited
commercial email campaigns. We will take action if it is clear a
member has participated in spamming.
Where state and/or federal laws have been violated, we reserve the
right pursue legal action
Keyword Spamming: Websites For Sale Classified does not allow the superfluous use of keywords or phrases in
classifieds. Keywords that do not add substantive value to the
description of the classified ad, or those that are repeated multiple
times, are considered superfluous. This includes referencing brand
names which have no relation to the classified ad.
Portal Classifieds: Classified ads whose primary purpose is to
direct buyers to another website, store, or business are not allowed.
Portal classifieds will be removed.
Inappropriate Classifieds: Websites For Sale Classified may, at any time, disable or suspend classifieds which
contain inappropriate material in the ad title or description. In the
event your classified ad is disabled or suspended, you may be notified
by email.
Right to Terminate and Suspend: Websites For Sale Classified, at its sole discretion, may modify, suspend, or delete any
classified ad or membership immediately, and without notice, if we
believe that you have not acted in compliance with our Member
Agreement and Classified Ad Guidelines.
Restricted language: Websites For Sale Classified prohibits the use of language that is vulgar, racist,
hateful, overtly sexual, or obscene in nature. We may permit certain
classifieds that contain profane words as part of a title or domain
name. However, these words may only be permitted within certain
categories, or when displayed with asterisks (or similar substituted
characters) in an effort to censor profane words.
Services that are prohibited: It is the responsibility of the
seller to ensure that all websites for sale are appropriate under all
applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right, but have no
obligation, to refuse, reject or remove any classified ad at our sole
discretion.
Infringement: Should Websites For Sale Classified receive an official and lawful notification from a trademark
holder, or their legal representative, that your ad infringes
intellectual property rights, we are under no obligation to provide a
refund upon suspension. Should you successfully file a counter-claim,
you will be given a refund for your listing fee and any purchased
promotions and will be allowed to re-post your ad.
Strictly Prohibited: Seller may not present prohibited items on Websites For Sale Classified, such as gifts, prizes or giveaways in connection with a
classified ad.
Websites For Sale Classified reserves the right to modify any listing to more accurately
represent what service is being offered, and may suspend an ad at our
sole discretion.
